Volatility creates opportunity and slippage. If the program restricts news trading, its published rules take priority.
Wait for information
A fast first move is not automatically the best entry. Decide what confirmation your strategy requires and accept that some sessions will leave without you.
Review execution, not excitement
After the session, compare your plan with what you actually did. Record whether speed altered your size, stop placement or decision quality.
